Rosemary McDonagh, PMHCNS, BC

Rosemary McDonagh is a board certified, psychiatric mental health clinical nurse specialist (PMHCNS) treating adults within our community. She received her undergraduate degrees from Manchester College in Indiana and the College of St. Catherine in Minnesota. She holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), graduating from the Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Program in 1999. While in clinical practice, Ms. McDonagh has been an internship/externship preceptor for multiple medical students, newly graduated medical doctors, and psychiatric nurse practitioner students from University of Cincinnati, University of Akron, Kent State, NEOMED, and CWRU. Ms. McDonagh has vast experience treating a wide range of psychiatric concerns facing adults, and utilizes a combination of medication therapies and brief counseling services, in conjunction with the outstanding counseling staff at Cornerstone, to fully address the unique needs of each client. She treats individuals in a holistic and collaborative fashion with every person ultimately controlling his/her own choices for treatment through expert consultation with her, the therapist, and other treatment/community providers.
