Leanne is a Licensed Professional Counselor with her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walsh University. She received her B.A. in Clinical Psychology from Cleveland State University in 2017. Leanne is currently working toward her independent licensure (LPCC). She served as Co-President to a renowned honors society, recognizing professional excellence in counseling and mental health therapy services, known as Chi Sigma Iota, from 2018-2021. Her areas of clinical expertise include treating Depression, Anxiety/Panic Disorders, ADHD, Parenting Education, Family Systems, children of divorce, PTSD, among other mood disorders. Leanne is also skilled in treating Alcohol and other Drug/Chemical Dependency Counseling, also working toward her licensure as LICDC (Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor). She has experience treating various populations and age ranges, including young teens through middle-aged adults. She is passionate and dedicated in her clinical work, as well as in the advocacy of mental health wellness and raising awareness, in which Leanne participates and serves her community doing volunteer work outside of the clinical settings. Leanne is flexible in her clinical work hours and is willingly open to providing therapeutic services through virtual Telehealth, as well as traditional, in-person therapy at the Wadsworth and Medina Cornerstone sites.
