SHELLEY H. WALKER, L.I.S.W., A.C.S.W.

Shelley Walker graduated cum laude from DePauw University in 1973 and obtained her MSSA in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve in 1983. She has worked in pediatrics for over thirty two years. She has an extensive experience in pediatric psychology in acute care, outpatient and emergency room settings. She has specialized experience in the treatment of children and families in crisis such as illness, abuse, medical trauma, divorce, and adoption. Shelley has over thirty years of teaching experience, including the development and implementation of psychosocial and behavioral curriculum for trainees in psychiatry, psychology, pediatrics, and social work. She has served on a wide variety of community boards and is currently the Vice Chairperson of the Citizen's Advisory Committee of the Summit County Children's Services Board.
